The Nature Club of St. Antony’s College is dedicated to fostering environmental awareness and promoting sustainable practices among students, faculty, and staff. The club strives to cultivate a deep connection with nature, encourage ecological responsibility, and build a greener and more conscious campus community.
As part of its initiatives, the club organized a trip to the Periyar Tiger Reserve, Thekkady during Van Mahotsav, featuring sessions on wildlife conservation and demonstrations of natural products. A nature interaction trip to Panchalimedu was also held, offering students the opportunity to engage closely with the natural environment. Over the years, the club has organized various trips and awareness programmes and intends to conduct many more such meaningful interactions with nature in the future.
